"My sister really liked the flowers"
I sent these to my sister and she — I mean, she was really happy with the flowers. They looked nice and it was sweet to hear how much she liked them.

I ordered flowers from sendflowers.com for my mom’s birthday, and to be fair, the delivery did show up on time. I remember thinking, okay, great, at least that part went smoothly.
Then I opened the box and kind of paused like… hmm, these don’t look super fresh. Some of the petals already had brown edges, and a few stems were drooping before they even made it into a vase.

I trimmed them and tried to make the arrangement look nicer, and they were passable for a little while, but they only lasted about two days. For the price, I expected better, so it was disappointing.

"Looked Just Like the Pic"
The flowers showed up looking pretty much Exactly like the photo. The colors were right, the size was what I expected, and there weren’t any weird surprises. I’m Happy with what I got.

"Felt like the fees were brushed off"
The flowers themselves were fine, nothing really wrong with them. But the service fees were way more than I expected. The price looked reasonable at first, and then by the time I got to checkout it had jumped quite a bit. I understand delivery isn’t free, but it felt like those extra charges were kind of buried until the end. What bothered me more was that it felt like my concern about it didn’t really matter. Not sure I’d order from them again.

"Local florist was kinda a letdown"
I ordered through Send Flowers and the local florist they used wasn’t great. The flowers got there late and looked a little tired, def not like the photo online. The delivery guy was nice, so that was fine, but for what I paid I expected way better. Probably won’t order from them again.

I’m usually the one stressing at the last minute because important dates somehow always sneak up on me, so it’s a relief to have something that actually comes through. It hasn’t missed a birthday yet, which is more than I can say for a lot of things I’ve tried.

"Quick help right when I needed it"
I had a little issue with my order and messaged customer service, not expecting much, and then, anyway, they replied way faster than I thought they would. They just handled it without making me explain a million things or turning it into a whole ordeal.
The flowers still showed up on time, which was the main thing I was worried about, and their message actually sounded like a real person wrote it. Not one of those stiff copy-paste replies. I was relieved and really happy with how it all turned out.

"Nice little extra with the flowers"
I added the chocolates to my flower order kind of last minute. I was mostly paying attention to the flowers, but the chocolate box did look nice enough and my mom seemed happy with it. Nothing over-the-top fancy, but they were good and made the gift feel a little more complete. I’d probably add them again

I ordered flowers for my mom’s birthday and picked the delivery date for a reason, but they didn’t show up until the next day. The flowers themselves were fine, but the timing was the whole point. I reached out to customer service and all I got was a quick “sorry,” which felt disappointing. If someone is paying for a special occasion delivery, it seems like basic decency to either make it right or at least acknowledge how much that matters

"Flowers arrived right on time"
I ordered flowers for my mom’s birthday and was a little worried they might show up late, which would’ve been annoying, but not a huge deal I guess. They ended up arriving right within the delivery window I picked.
My mom sent me a picture about 10 minutes after they were dropped off, so I knew the timing was solid. The whole thing was simple and low-stress, and I’d use sendflowers.com again.

"Tracking was clear, maybe almost too clear"
The tracking was really easy to follow, which I appreciated, even though I also kind of felt like I was checking it way too much. The flowers showed up right on time, so no complaints there. i was both impressed and somehow still a little nervous until they arrived.

"WORST EVER !! DON'T USE"

Ordered Flowers to be delivered on Feb 13. Found out that the person they were for would not be at the delivery address for a week after that date. On morning of Feb 9 I called to change delivery address. They said "we can't do that. Call UPS.." They gave me the tracking number and the Phone number. Called the number and UPS said "Only the sender is allowed to change the delivery address." Called Sendflowers back and they said "Its too late to change delivery address or cancel" It was 5 days before the delivery. They had not even shipped the flowers yet. RIPOFF. Don't use them.

"Better packaging than I expected"
The box was really neat, and the flowers arrived in great shape. Compared to other deliveries I’ve had, this felt much more secure, nothing was bent or damaged at all.

"Card message wasn't quite right"
The flowers were fine, I guess, but the card message was messed up. Some words were wrong and part of what I wrote was missing. Maybe I'm being a little picky, but it made the gift feel less thoughtful than I intended. It wasn't a total disaster or anything, though for the price, I really expected the note to be right
